1) Privacy Statement

    We will protect the privacy of your email account, phone number, name and contact information. We will not sell or market your email address or any other personal information to third parties, and we will take reasonable precautions to guard against database theft or misuse. Unless you sign up for our mailing list, all communication you receive from
    Karisma Online Store through your email will be related to the processing of your orders.

2) Placing an Order

    Buying at Karisma Online Store is now easier than ever!

  • Place your order using your credit card on our secure server. You can go back and view your shopping cart anytime you want.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. These will be charged on receipt of order. All credit card numbers are encrypted within the shopping software when the order is placed.
  • Once you have placed a purchase order you will immediately receive confirmation via email.
  • We do not accept payment by cheque or postal order, and you cannot pay in installments. All prices are in US Dollars

3) Shipping and delivery

  • Karisma Online Store does not ship products throughout USA, Canada and the rest of the world.
  • Product and service delivery is scheduled by the guest. Our Concierge Agents on site are in charge of executing all purchase orders, by contacting the guest and scheduling the product or service delivery.
  • Specify in your Order(s)  full name(s) and Hotel of Stay, if you do not have this information contact  onlinestore@karismahotels.com
  • If you like to check the status of your order, please contact onlinestore@karismahotels.com we encourage you to refer your order confirmation e number. Time to expect a response from 24 to 48 hrs.

4)  Cancellation

  • You may cancel an order anytime before it is delivered. Once an order is delivered, no cancellation will be allowed.
  • If you may need to cancel your Order please email us at: onlinestore@karismahotels.com   Copy of your Order confirmation  will be required
  • No change or credit will be given on any unused portions.
  • We will issue a refund to your original form of payment
  • The change of a product or service already bought is only possible if changed for Resort Credit
            *Product or services bought by GIVC points can not be changed for any product nor Resort Credit
